  • EuroDocs - European primary historical documents.
  • Global Gateway  – From the Library of Congress, this resource provides access to international collections, databases, libraries, and other helpful links. 
  • Internet History Sourcebooks Project - Historical documents available in the public domain.
  • Labyrinth  – Sponsored by Georgetown University, this site serves medieval scholars well by providing a myriad of high quality sites. Searchers can click on broad categories such as archaeology or Judaism, or use a more detailed search mechanism that contains categories, subcategories, and types of materials desired (bibliographies, maps, etc.)
  • World Digital Library - Online collection of thousands of items from countries around the world. Includes over 2,000 books.
  • World Factbook - Country profiles that include information on geography, people, government, economy, communications, transportation, and military. Includes maps of individual countries as well as regions and continents.
  • World Maps - Large collection of world and historical maps from the University of Texas at Austin's Perry-Castaneda Library.
